Full Stack Developer (Mid/Senior)

BIOPIX-T, a biotechnology start-up in the field of diagnostics is looking for its new offices in Science and Technology Park of Crete (STEP-C) an agile Software Engineer.

The Software Engineer will play a key role in researching, developing, testing and implementing new key technologies that further enhance the company’s products and operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing mobile applications
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g Angular, React, Node.js)
• Knowledge of back-end languages/frameworks (Java/Spring Boot)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. Couchbase, MariaDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Experience working within an agile software development organization (GIT, Postman/Newman, RESTful Services, CI/CD, Containers).

Nice to have:

• University and/or Postgraduate Degree in the field of Computer Science or related field of studies.
• Familiarity with ISO 62304
