Project Manager
Key activities and Responsibilities:
The main tasks of the role are:
Control and ensure of the profitability of the project by:
- Organizing the distribution of the load between the various stakeholders, internal or external and coordinates their actions
- Optimizing the human and material resources,
- Analyzing the results of the activity or the project: improve economic profitability
- Analyzing the technical difficulties encountered in order to find solutions and / or implements the measures necessary for optimizing interventions and the technical progress of the project
- Contribute to the development of skills according to market needs.
- Contribute to the development and continuous progress of the activity, in the direction defined by the region manager.
- Depending on the activity to which he is attached, participate operationally in the various projects related to his area of expertise.
- Treats in depth the problems and difficulties encountered.
- Participate in the constitution of response files to calls for tenders.
- Ensure commissioning and the necessary measures for their qualification of the transmission equipment in accordance to work order provided, recipe booklet
- By informing himself with the material to be tested by referring to the technical documentation
- By studying the drawings precisely and setting up the list of measuring instruments and tools required for commissioning
- By using the welding tools to ensure perfect fibre connection
- By checking the conformity of the connection of the equipment before powering it up.
- By carrying out the commissioning, the measurements and the qualification of the equipment in accordance with the specifications
- By writing a technical commissioning report in which the points of malfunction are identified.
