Customer Service Coordinator

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a big multinational company in the FMCG sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Customer Service Coordinator (ref.code: 722/62329)

(One year contract)

Job Description

·         Ensure proper order acquisition control (monitoring, contact with customer, problem solving if needed)

·         Order entry (in case manual) and validation

·         Ensure proper order sizing as per customer contract/alignment and according to Trade Terms conditions

·         Manage price discrepancies in customer’s orders

·         Follow-up on shipments status

·         Support claims investigation and resolution coordination in cooperation with other departments (Customer, Sales, Distribution Centre)

·         Coordinate and support customers related logistics project internally and externally

·         Support Account Receivable Team in terms of closing open items (pending invoices) 

·       College AEI/TEI Graduate

·       One (1) to three (3) years of working experience with similar duties in a multinational or a trading company

·       Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal communication)  

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite

·       Excellent knowledge of any ERP program (SAP would be appreciated)

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

·       Planning and organizational skills

·       Team player and fast learner

·       Ability to work independently, without supervision
