Customer Service Coordinator (ref.code: 722/62329)
(One year contract)
Job Description
· Ensure proper order acquisition control (monitoring, contact with customer, problem solving if needed)
· Order entry (in case manual) and validation
· Ensure proper order sizing as per customer contract/alignment and according to Trade Terms conditions
· Manage price discrepancies in customer’s orders
· Follow-up on shipments status
· Support claims investigation and resolution coordination in cooperation with other departments (Customer, Sales, Distribution Centre)
· Coordinate and support customers related logistics project internally and externally
· Support Account Receivable Team in terms of closing open items (pending invoices)
