The cleanliness and tidiness of the whole plot, apart from a health and safety issue, is a feature that fulfills the promise we make to guest for high quality; we want them to feel the safety and comfort of their home.

The Housekeeper (Housekeeping Manager) is responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of the whole plot; in charge of all Housekeeping activities aiming to make the customers’ stay a positive and memorable experience.

• Extensive professional communication skills and appreciation of alternative lifestyles,
• Operations’ and Management skills in terms of resource allocation, logistics, leadership, training and finance,
• fluently spoken and written Greek and English (more languages appreciated),
• experience in the field of Housekeeping of minimum 5 years, and Management of minimum 2 years,
• any certificates in Housekeeping or Hospitality are appreciated,
• professional skills in Customer Service as well as Feedback & Complaint Management,
• deep understanding of hospitality and knowledge of market standards (e.g. amenities, hygiene),
• ability to work with PMS systems and all Microsoft office applications,
• extensive knowledge of general Health & Safety as well as HACCP or ISO 22000 standards.
