The Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing Department.

Key Accountabilities:

• Digital community management (reviews, comments, messages, requests etc.)
• Plan and supervise the implementation of the Newsletters & Social Media calendar.
• Liaising with internal departments, agencies and third parties to ensure timely launch of campaigns and promotions.
• Website monitoring and revisions. Coordination for the required content and updates.
• Format information for internal and external communication on marketing tasks (briefs, reports, marketing related requests etc.).
• Organize and maintain the marketing assets - filing system.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
• 1-3 years of previous marketing experience
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles with relevant hands-on experience with Social Media platforms, Email & Viber-SMS platforms, Google Analytics, Canva, CMS etc.
• Experience in Digital advertising either in an agency or client side will be considered as an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek & English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Be proactive & take initiative, ready to push projects quickly and efficiently.
