ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational company and manufacturer of plastic pipes and fittings, with a variety of applications in Construction, Engineering and Agriculture, is in search of a Building Application Technical Support Consultant to join the existing Sales & Commercial team, in Athens.
This role will be reporting to the Commercial Manager.
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for presenting, providing specifications and technical support of Building Applications products, focusing on Hot-Cold and Heating solutions.
- Serving customers by identifying current and future needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services
- Providing product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
- Preparing cost estimates by studying all related customer documents
- Consulting with architects, engineers-designers of building / hotel facilities, companies-installers of plumbing works, technical construction works of buildings and to heating companies (study-marketing-installation) in collaboration with the local seller and the Product Manager
- Providing technical support before and after the sale, researching and monitoring the development of the market and competition nationally
- Organizing events and presentations, in collaboration with local sellers and customers, providing technical information and practical demonstration of proposed products and solutions in the area of responsibility
