Field Service Engineer (Thessaloniki)
Job Description
• Ensures service assistance as directed for customers satisfaction and contract development to customers
• Performs warranty company’s obligations for the installed devices
• Executes technical corrective actions and installations
• Performs corrective repairs/ maintenance visits
• Co-operates with sales engineers, for service contract development and implementation
• Tracks installed base accuracy and variances
• Provides support to sales, in special sales programs and marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos and workshops
• Provides basic technical training after installation
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• University or Technological Institute Degree in Biomedical or Electronic Engineering
• Working experience of two (2) to three (3) years, in Medical field, preferably in the area of medical equipment for Operating Rooms and ICU
• Advanced use of English language (both oral and written)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Personal and professional integrity
