We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s Managing Partner.
Responsibilities: - Act as the point of contact among executives, associates, employees, clients and other external partners
- Screen phone calls, enquires and requests and handle them when appropriate
- Deal with incoming e-mails, fax messages, post and often correspond on behalf of the MP
- Organize and maintain the MP’s diary, schedules and appointments
- Schedule meetings and conference calls; prepare materials and take minutes
- Type, prepare, proofread and edit legal and other documents
- Produce briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
- Handle general administrative duties including processing invoices, tracking expenses and case costs, preparing expense reports, ordering supplies, etc.
- Manage all aspects of office operation and maintenance
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned
