Responsibilities:
- Client Service
- Communications Appointment
- Scheduling & Administration of Email correspondance with international yachting clients
- Materials Printing & Packaging Coordination Evaluations / Measurement Questionnaires Administration
- Preparing Presentations & Reports for Clients
- Assisting in preparing marketing materials
- Office support to the manager with the daily agenda and schedule
- Answering the telephone and handling them
- Welcoming guests
- Overall responsibility for the appearance/ organization of the office
- Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Filing duties
- Send and receive fax, type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents Ad hoc projects as needed
