Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, an international well-known commercial company for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Accountant (Project Based/ Two years contract)
Job Description
• Prepares month-end journal entries (accruals, depreciation, provisions)
• Maintains GL accounts and prepares balance sheet reconciliations
• Conducts intercompany confirmations and monthly reconciliations of intercompany accounts
• Prepares monthly, quarter and annual reports
• Reviews accuracy of fixed assets register
• Coordinates with other departments to obtain information about transactions and research unreconciled items
• Prepares external and internal audit requests
• Leads and participates in cross-functions ad hoc projects and tasks assigned
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• University degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance
• Over three (3) years of working experience in Finance Department
• Solid accounting knowledge with emphasis to IFRS standards
• Excellent command of the English language
• Experienced user of SAP
• PC literate
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed individual
• Good communication and team working skills
