Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we are looking for a
Maintenance Supervisor to join our Technical department in Pedino, Kilkis.. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and establish all the maintenance procedures for the complete manufacturing operation.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Becomes familiar with the know-how of the technology and equipment
- Conducts regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
- Resolves or supervises various maintenance problems / operations
- Plans and manages all repair and installation activities
- Assigns repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates
- Tracks expenses and oversees the budget for maintenance
- Ensures the creation & implementation of AM & PM procedures
- Documents and prepares daily progress reports and maintenance logs
- Oversees equipment stock and places orders for new supplies when necessary
- Builds a team as the plant grows and maintenance needs are increased
