Company Background/Culture
The LBRI Group is a fast-growing, innovative, and differentiated resort player. They are an integrated owner, operator and developer of branded luxury resorts focused on key leisure destinations in the Mediterranean. The Group is positioned on the attractive luxury resort market where competitive dynamics are unusually favorable with high barriers to entry, secular growth and crisis resilience
Their target customer base is the “affluent” clientele, a large and growing market whose needs are poorly served by traditional players, in particular in the Mediterranean. They operate a portfolio of 2,700+ keys spread across 10 non-replicable beachfront hotels which generate ADRs of c. €400 and occupancy of 95%+ with 40%+ EBITDA margin
LBRI is actively pursuing new acquisition opportunities in an international level. LBRI owns a portfolio of 9 beachfront properties in Greece.
Ikos International, a sister company of LBRI with its dedicated management team, has been set up to develop Ikos properties in the Iberic peninsula. Ikos International is currently developing Ikos Andalusia, the first Ikos property outside of Greece that will open on the Spanish Costa del Sol in 2020. LBRI actively supports Ikos International in the setup of its operations.
