The Law Firm is specializing in Maritime, Banking and Commercial law. As a lawyer, some of your main tasks will include:
- Management support on contract, financial and commercial law issues
- Incorporation and follow up of both local and offshore corporations
- Tax planning
- Transactions, both local and international
- Corporate Veil
- Bankruptcy procedure
- Drafting of corporate agreements;Draft, review and amend on a wide range of contracts, including Sale and Purchase agreement, Lease and Service agreement, Shareholders agreement, etc;
- Establishment of legal entity
- Provide legal advice regarding business operations and new project investment
- Liaise with government authorities in preparation and completion of all legal documentation.
