QL Controls, an European company from HVAC industry is currently opening a vacancy of Technical Sales Support Specialist in Greece. Person in this role will be responsible for advising existing and new business partners on technical, sales and promotion matters as well as providing technical consultation and sales support on SALUS and ENGO products in the Regions of Greece.
Technical Sales Support Specialist
Location: Greece (Self-employed or employment contract, out of office work)
We offer 2200-3000€, the salary given is the net salary.
Tasks of the person holding this position will include:
- provide existing and new Distributors’ employees with a technical trainings, advice and sales support, optimising their orders and extending their product awareness
- technical support and service consultation for customers and installers in the Distributors’ locations, shops, buildings.
- SALUS and ENGO brands promotion by organizing technical trainings and spreading technical knowledge about products implementation, installation and products line variety
- monitoring the activities of competitors
- meeting periodical sales target goals
- assistance in sales-related issues, getting and trucking customers’ orders, manage customer accounts and claims

Our Perfect Match is a person with:
- high level of responsibility and self-motivation, able to organise its own working schedule
- problem-solving skills and approach
- proven track of records and at least 2 - 3 years of experience in Technical Sales & Technical Customer Support ideally in HVAC market or other engineered products offered to Distributors network
- experience in organizing and leading technical seminars, trainings for groups of people
- experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, business negotiations
- valid category B driving license and driving experience
- fluent Greek and English in speaking, reading and writing. Polish will be an asset
- knowledge of Greek HVAC market would be an advantage
