Waiter / Waitress

Reports to the Villa Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Private Chef to continually ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, productivity and professionalism at highest level
• Maintaining a neat and clean workplace
• Available to work with a flexible schedule
• Support team to reach common goals
• Responsible for table setup as well as collecting and washing dishes , glasses , cutlery etc
• Responsible for serving breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as preparing basic drinks,cofffe etc
• Ensure correct stocking
• Ensure that Health and safety standards are met
• On time to time basis she/he may also be required to perform other reasonable job activities as requested by the Manager or the Private Chef

• They are excellent communicators
• They have a strong instict to collaborate with others , to look after the interests of our company , our Guests and our Collegues
• They are smart , driven and very detail – oriented
• They are value driven and choose to belong to an anthropocentric and value – based group

• Preferably with 2years in the proffession in a 5* property in the hospitality industry or in a Restaurant.
• Good Greek and English communication skills are required
• This role entails excellent communication skills and problem solving abillities .
