We
are currently seeking to recruit for the 2026 season for the position of:
Waiter / Waitress
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet
customers at all times by name and present menu where required
- Deep
knowledge of all food and drinks menus across the hotel
- Provide
any assistance guests may require
- Take
and serve food/drinks orders following the standards of the property
- Explain
how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
upon request
- Ensure
guests satisfaction and take action if required
- Keep
restaurant and tables neat and clean at all the times
- Keep a high Standard of personal
hygiene and appearance
- Follow
all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service
guidelines
