Waiter / Waitress

We are currently seeking to recruit for the 2026 season for the position of:

Waiter / Waitress 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers at all times by name and present menu where required
• Deep knowledge of all food and drinks menus across the hotel
• Provide any assistance guests may require
• Take and serve food/drinks orders following the standards of the property
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods upon request
• Ensure guests satisfaction and take action if required
• Keep restaurant and tables neat and clean at all the times
• Keep a high Standard of personal hygiene and appearance
• Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Requirements:

• Experience in a 5* luxury/boutique hotel environment
• Previous experience with POS systems
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
• Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an asset
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
