The Client
ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a multinational company offering services on behalf of well established international firms is seeking to expand its French Customer Care department.

Workplace location: Client’s offices in the south suburbs of Athens.

JobDescription
The French Customer Service team members will be responsible for the optimal customer service of clients. They will be passionate about answering inbound calls and resolveany upcoming issues.They will play a significant role in creating a unique customer experience and will stand out for exceptional professional attitude.

Candidate Profile
• Able to communicate (both orally and written) in Frenchlanguageat a fluent / native level
• Knowledge of English language is also mandatory as initial job training will be held in English. Successful applicants will be asked to demonstrate their language knowledge through testing
• Able to work at shifts
• Tech Savvy and PC literate
• Candidates with competencies such as quality focus, problem solving, able to analyze information and market, with passion for providing excellent customer service and team players, are more than welcome
• Willingness to develop and undertake broader responsibilities
