The agent is responsible for providing support by delivering an exceptional experience by effectively identifying the right support path and knowing/driving a complete resolution of the requestors’ needs. The agent will support customers, partners, and employees through a variety of channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handling and driving to a resolution to inbound requests coming from different channels (phone, chat email/Webb) and on different platforms
- Ability to analyze the problem and provide resolution by investigating potential solutions using troubleshooting skills & all available resources
- Ability to train/educate/guide the customer on all supported applications as per customer’s requirements
- Excellent documentation skills. (Documenting interactions, collecting necessary logs et,c.)
- Ability to seamlessly work with internal/external stakeholders/organizations
- Understand & Communicate details of invoices, understanding billing cycle credits/refunds & cancellations
