Sales Engineer – Static Reinforcement Solution

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading manufacturer of materials and services in the applied chemical sector for building applications, is in Search of a Sales Engineer to be responsible for a new and innovative building static reinforcement technique.

The role will report to the Supervisor of the Technical Department.

More specifically the role involves:

• Serving customers by identifying current and future needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services
• Providing product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
• Preparing cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel
• Determining improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering, or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services
• Gaining customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations during which they explain the technical aspects of the product and how it will solve a specific customer problem

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Prior experience as a Civil Engineer in construction or in Sales of industrial material
• Problem solving attitude
• Product knowledge and development, as well as technical understanding
• Knowledge of AutoCAD design program
• Presentation skills
• Requirements analysis
• Innovative way of thinking
• Ability to participate in a 6 months paid training program abroad, which will cover technical training on the building static technique, with a great professional and mentor who is familiar with the employer's business practices, customers, procedures, and company culture
