Property Management Associate

lmw is seeking for a Property Management Associate on behalf of a leading financial institution in Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of REO Portfolios
• Working with the team on the onboarding process for the real estate properties in close cooperation with all the involved stakeholders
• Assign and monitor technical due diligence works to external engineers with the scope of accelerating the completion of relevant tasks, through an establishes external network
• Liaising with third-party legal advisors for the completion of relevant tasks
• Work closely with Facility Management and Legal department on monitoring property performance
• Report to the client on Properties maturity process
