Account Manager (Thessaloniki)


Job Description
• Actively practices key account management, in the geographic area of North Greece and within the perimeter of the Electrical Distribution network
• Establishes long-term business relationships with existing clients and identifies/ qualifies for new customer acquisition opportunities
• Builds a strong sales pipeline of well qualified revenue opportunities
• Promotes company’s digitization tools to Distribution network
• Manages and maintains sales reports, pipelines and forecasts
• Works closely with other members of sales, product managers and engineering team to build organizational synergy in order to close successfully a sales cycle and offer a great customer experience
• Manages business relationships with assigned partners/customers to achieve mutual business goals and maximize customer satisfaction
• Works with peers to ensure effective planning and execution of sales agreements, business plan in selected customers
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, technical support and following up on account offers and orders
• Applies knowledge of company’s products/solutions/services to meet customer's needs

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• 5 years of work experience in similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)
• Advanced PC Skills, especially regarding MS Office
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Achievement drive and hunting attitude
• Very good in building networks and capture all opportunities to develop the business
• Collaborative mentality and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
• Self-driven, able to work autonomously and take initiative
• Global mindset willing to adapt in a multi-cultural environment
