NOC Manager (ref: NOCM019)
The role
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager will build, organize and manage a team of technicians from existing and new members which will be responsible for Data Center Operations.
He/She must propose software and hardware resources to improve the performance of the team.
This group will handle Level 2 troubleshooting for many areas including: Windows Server, LAN/WAN Networking, Security, Wireless and VoIP.
Monitors performance of Infrastructure equipment, coordinates equipment installation and delivery schedules.
Will be expected to drive resolution of high-severity outages impacting IT Infrastructure. Provide problem resolution for highly complex Infrastructure issues.
The role is based in Halkidiki.
Your main accountabilities will be:
• Oversee day-to-day NOC operations, escalations and communications with all guests.
• Update and maintain documentation associated with processes and procedures (run books).
• Hire, train, mentor and develop Level 1 / Level 2 technicians.
• Performs complex systems administration duties on a regular and continuous basis.
