Job Brief: As a Senior Travel Specialist you will be entering at the highest level of our 3-tier travel expert positions, collaborating with our talented team, and working closely with our Travel Design Manager.

What we are looking for are enthusiastic and action-oriented people with strong work ethic, positive attitude, and teamwork mentality, who seek to start a career in a fast-paced professional environment and learn from the best.

• Communicate with potential guests to convert sales opportunities (yet not instigate sales opportunities!).
• Develop a deep relationship with clients to assess their needs, budget, and preferences suggesting suitable travel packages.
• Prepare quotations for travel packages (itinerary creation and revision).
• Organize travels from beginning to end: book hotels, tours & activities, and transfers; issue ferry, train and air tickets (across our 14 countries offered) and provide top-rated customer service during clients’ trip.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or M.Sc. in Business, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or similar relevant field.
• Excellent command of English (multilingualism will be considered a plus).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Solid knowledge of computer reservations systems & GDS systems (i.e. FORTHcrs, Amadeus, Olympic Air platforms, Webhotelier, etc).
• A minimum of 3 years proven track record in designing and executing trips, ideally for high-end guests.
• A strong commitment to a career at TrueTrips.
• Able to manage different work shifts.
