Main Duties
- Preparation of recipes, according to the menu and the Chef's instructions
- Monitoring stocks and ordering goods
- Checking expiry dates and timely use of products
- Optimizing cooking process with attention to quality and cost
- Training and coordination of the team in the kitchen
- Continuous application of health and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean uniform, neat appearance and personal hygiene
- Working with the kitchen team, maintaining a smooth and friendly atmosphere
Essential Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and friendly personality
- Relevant restaurant experience ideally in a hotel environment
- Degree/diploma in culinary school
- Ability to communicate and manage a team
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position in 5* hotels
- Knowledge of modern preparation techniques
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP procedures
