As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day operations of front desk and reception areas. Meet the team
As a Front Office Manager, you will be part of the Front Office team. We work every day to improve and learn, while we have committed to continuous training and personal development of each member of the team. As our people are our greatest asset, we’ve got to have strong people who are passionate about what they do.

What is the challenge?
  • Defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures
  • Training staff and managing the shift schedules
  • Tending to guests' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized
  • Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment
  • Managing budgets, records, and contracts
  • Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails
  • Conducting performance reviews with the front desk staff
  • Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the general manager
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

To be successful in this role, your experience should include
  • Experience in a 4 star or 5-star boutique hotel environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of Spanish / German or French language, both spoken and written
