We are searching for a Recruiter, fluent in Norwegian, who’s ready to tackle an exciting new chapter in their career to work in a fast-growing company where sourcing international candidates is the new trend. As a Recruiter, fluent in Norwegian, your main tasks will involve sourcing, interviewing, creating a candidate pipeline and coordinating the hiring process end-to-end of Norwegian speaking candidates.

• Norwegian language – native level.
• Fluency in either Danish/Swedish/Finnish would be more than plus.
• English at a proficient level.
• Multilingual recruitment experience will be an asset.
• Commercial acumen.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Social Media Platforms, such as LinkedIn & Facebook.
