Lead Software Engineer (Full-stack)

INTERSALONIKA Group of Companies is searching for an experienced full-stack software engineer to lead a team of developers in the implementation of robust, scalable, high-performance, critical systems that will transform the way we conduct our business.

You will work in a challenging environment and will need to apply your skills and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Furthermore, you will provide mentoring to junior colleagues and help your team deliver high-quality solutions, on schedule.

As a Lead Software Engineer you will be reporting directly to the CIO.

Mandatory skills/characteristics:
• 2+ years of working experience as a team leader
• 6+ years of working experience as a java full-stack developer
• Experience with requirements management
• Experience with CI/CD and QA tools
• Solid experience with unit/stress testing frameworks
• Expertise with spring, hibernate, restful services
• Solid experience with relational databases
• Solid experience with angular/material
• Solid experience with git, maven, npm

Nice to have:

• Experience with UI/UX design
• Experience with scrum/agile
• Experience with UI testing frameworks
• Experience with Single Sign-On technologies
• Experience with OWASP coding practices
