Marketing Supervisor.Marketing Supervisor (Ref. code 6391/MS/ESS/GR)Role description:- Design brand strategy and marketing plan based on company goals and market insights
- Coordinate and deliver actions and initiatives to strengthen brand name and increase brand awareness
- Coordinate and deliver marketing ideas and materials (email campaigns, brochures, flyers, marketing & promotional materials) from start to finish and ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
- Deliver, track and supervise content via press or direct mail.
- Coordination of a strict projects planning with customers & suppliers and guidance of involved persons in order to achieve targets
- Plan, execute and follow-up sales promotions, trade fairs, customer events & conferences and help in creating marketing campaigns, in cooperation with respective agencies.
- Coordinate and deliver marketing researches, Analyses data to highlight competition marketing activity, market trends and practices
- Planning and implementation of sponsor shipments and CSR activities & initiatives and manage relevant communication, in order to achieve maximum benefit.
- Lead & develop the marketing team by allocating tasks, following-up on the execution of activities and projects and coaching individual team members based on regular feedback.
