We are looking for a
HOSPITALITY MANAGER
for a Five star VILLAS VILLAGE RESORT
one-off in the area of MESSINIA-KALAMATA.
Responsibilities for the job• Hiring the necessary qualified personnel to run the resort according to the requirements
• Organizing and coordinate the villa's operations to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure supplies and equipment adequate in quantity and quality
• Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses
• Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
• Catering guests’ demands such as boat rentals, restaurant reservations, car rentals, car transfers, hiking, tennis, etc
• Coordinate in cooperation with Chef the preparation of menus, according to the quests’ requirements and procure the necessary supplies
• Performing market research in order to locate best local suppliers/collaborators
• Supervise the website updating, Google Ads and social media campaigns
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
