Real Estate Consultant (Arabic-speakers)

DKG Development, a Property Management Company is searching for Arab- speaking executives for the sales department for full-time employment.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Display real property to potential buyers in Athens and in Attica.
• Property Valuation 
• Provide guidance and assistance to buyers until the conduction of an agreement
• Real Estate Market Research

• Knowledge of Arabic Language
• Higher Education Diploma
• Relevant professional experience of at least 3 years
• Experience in Real Estate Valuation 
• Experience in Developing Business Models
• Excellent handling of the English Language, both in written and spoken form.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Driver's license
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Technical/Urban planning issues
• Organization ability, teamwork spirit and desire to achieve great results
• Owning a car
