Customer Care Officer (Serbian or Croatian Fluent Speaker)
Job Description
• Manages day to day customers’ orders inquiries and complaints
• Processes customers’ accounts and file documents
• Handles incoming calls and customer’s data
• Keeps records of customers interactions
• Communication with international departments
• Effective use of the reporting tools of the company
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidates Profile
• University/College degree
• Minimum one (1) year of working experience in sales, customer service or administrative role
• Fluency in Serbian or Croatian Language
• Very Good use of English and Greek language
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different customer’s requests
