The Role
As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for making sure the customers receive the best service. You will manage the incoming calls and you will also connect with customers by email or chat. You will be highly motivated, approachable and can demonstrate great skills in building rapport with customers. No experience is necessary: you will benefit from training from day one, and the company will continue to support your development

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Fluent level, written and verbal in one Dutch + Good English
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Works well within a team
  • Confident PC skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive and a willingness to learn
  • Flexibility towards working hours
