This is an Ordering and Customer Support Officer within a leading international company in the pharmaceutical industry. • Answers customers’ product and service questions; suggests information about other products and services.
• Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Receives instruction, guidance and direction from SNO Head and uses own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Applies general knowledge of the business and develops an understanding of how the team integrates with others to achieve shared objectives.
• Customer Service related topics ( Prompt response to customer requests, complaints )
• Customer Master Data Management
• Sales Order processing flow
• Month-end, year-end closure in supply chain modules
