This is an Ordering and Customer Support Officer within a leading international company in the pharmaceutical industry. Do you have what it takes so as to process orders via ERP, provide exceptional customer service, manage customer complaints and check inventory? Can you multitask to different supply chain functions with customer centric approach in a timely and professional manner? As an Ordering and Customer Support Officer, your duties will include the following:
  • Answers customers’ product and service questions; suggests information about other products and services.
  • Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Receives instruction, guidance and direction from SNO Head and uses own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Applies general knowledge of the business and develops an understanding of how the team integrates with others to achieve shared objectives.
  • Customer Service related topics ( Prompt response to customer requests, complaints )
  • Customer Master Data Management
  • Sales Order processing flow
  • Month-end, year-end closure in supply chain modules
