Who we are:
Artemis ITS is a rapidly growing company specializing in the telecommunication field. We undertake multiple projects regarding the installation of fixed and mobile telecom networks. The company was established in Greece in 2008, and in 2014 the entrepreneurial activity was extended in Romania and by the end of 2016 the company had expanded in Germany. At the beginning of 2021 we started new projects in the Netherlands & Norway. Today, Artemis Group occupies more than 800 employees and provides services in Central and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the project coordination from start to end, while being able to identify and monitor every stage of it (master-plan overview and project metrics).
- Ensuring all data are entered correctly and timely across all platforms (internal &external) on a weekly basis.
- Following up on the implementation process of the project in the field by keeping track of the number of appointments completed and of the documentation delivery.
- Daily follow up of the tasks completed and ad hoc database update.
- QA check of the task performed, ensuring proper quality standards are met.
- Interdepartmental collaboration and communication regarding arising problems.
- Coordination between the Telco Field team and the Site Survey engineer, while offering technical advice when needed.
- Resolving issues alongside the civil works teams, handling also pending issues and noting possible causes.
- Participation in weekly Roll – out meeting.
- Weekly reports presenting the overall progress of the project and providing an estimate of the time of completion.
