Waiters - Waitresses

Optimal HR Group is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading Company in Hospitality industry within Cyprus, restaurant staff to cover the following positions for their 5* hotels:

Main Responsibilities:

• Serving food and beverages to guests.
• Having a complete knowledge of the restaurant menu and table numbers, as well as being able to identify guests’ position numbers at the table.
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
• Ensuring all dirty plates are removed from the Restaurant as soon as they are cleared from the tables.
• Clearing the tables after guests have left.
• Preparing tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
• Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
• Assisting supervisors when needed.

Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of the Greek & English language. Knowledge of Russian will be considered as an advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a bar/restaurant or a 4-5* hotel.
• Pleasant and friendly personality.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Health certificate is desirable.
