Chefs – Royal Palaces (chefs de partie, demi cehfs, commis chefs)

The Client
This is the Royal family of KSA, owning a significant number of palaces, some large high spec properties around the capital city of Riyadh & the port city of Jeddah.

The Role
Working within one of the Saudi Royal Palaces. There is a range of very straight forward duties which would include the general day to day chef responsibilities & activities. You would be working with a very high calibre team & working with fantastic ingredients

Working hours - expected to be available 6 days per week but hours can vary between 7 to 10/day depending on the work flow

The Requirements

• Looking for candidates from 4/5* international luxury hotels, Cruise Lines, High end restaurants – preferably fine dining, private estates or royal palaces
• Ideally candidates will have worked extensively with different types of cuisine

The Package

• Salary $1500-2500 tax free per month
• 1 or 2 Year Contract Renewable
• Visa and Medical Insurance
• Premium on-site accommodation, all meals, utility bills inc internet charges are fully covered.
• Paid Air Ticket
• 6 day working week
