ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of our client, a Loan Servicing Company, part of a leading multi-asset alternative investment firm, is seeking for an experienced Relationship Manager.
Relationship Manager (Ref. code 4557/RM/ESS/GR)
The candidate will work focused on optimizing loan contract management, ensuring maximum levels of collections and recoveries in the shortest possible time.
Requirements:- Manage and oversee the company’s loan portfolio.
- Monitor property disposal processes, to ensure maximum corporate recovery of both the capital and interest.
- Coordinate recovery and rearrangement actions in collaboration with internal units and external customers.
- Act as a liaison to customers and key stakeholders.
- Manage complex special corporate portfolio, to find timely and quality solutions.
- Ensure compliance with the established credit policy, procedure and business strategy as well as commercial and regulatory guidelines.
- Undertake negotiations with clients, banks and legal counsels to identify and implement solutions for high recovery rates.
- Focus on solutioning of non-performing assets and problem loans by defining specific strategies and actions plans to ensure value maximization.
- Provide advice and counsel to clients regarding trends and conditions of the business environment, capital markets and general banking trends.
