WEST A.E., Below the Line Solutions & Trade Marketing company, is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational company in the sector of consumer goods , a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

 

Sales Administrator

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Role Purpose

The sales administrator is responsible for supporting sales functions, cooperate with order desk to ensure smooth execution of customer orders, prepare quotations, register projects in GSBN and update progress, cooperate with SCM coordinator, respond to simple customer requests and make follow up calls in specific team tasks.

Candidate profile

  • Sales admin skills related to above mentioned responsibilities
  • Minimum 3 years of sales admin experience (Preferred experience in AC industry)
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled in communication
  • Eager to join a challenging, dynamic, multi-cultural environment, where he/she will identify new trends and effectively communicate with customers
  • Presenting excellent communication and team spirit
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Graduate degree in mechanical engineering ( Ideally)
  • Fluent in English & MS Office
