Relationship Manager (Non Performing Loans)

lmw is seeking a Relationship Manager with experience in Non Performing Loans, on behalf of a leading financial company.

RESPONSIBILITΙΕS

• Develop and create audit and control processes for strategic partners.
• Create a reporting system that monitors partners' productivity, evaluates their performance and improves their results.
• Real time personal audit of the strategic partners. Monitor and review telephone calls with customers to ensure effective negotiation and goals achievement.
• Participate in meetings with partners to review performance and submit suggestions for productivity improvement.
• Create the manual for portfolio management and share it with the partners.
• Participate in meetings with partners for portfolio management optimization and legitimate portfolio management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar
• Experience in NLP and Portfolio management
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent communication, organization and reporting skills
• Problem solving skills
• Adaptable in a high-pressure environment
• Collaborative approach
