Sales Support Specialist
As a Sales Support Specialist your responsibilities will include the following:
• Ensure that all sales order processing activities are performed correctly and in timely manner
• Manage the sales order processing and corrections if necessary in due time
• Perform pricing claim investigation and issuing Credit/Debit Notes in due time
• Manage the investigation, resolution and completion of transport disputes in a timely manner
• Communicate with the sales department and any other internal departments regarding order & delivery handling issues
• Handle and process special pricing conditions directly on order-lines (Manual discounts on orders)
• Handle re-pricing on order level after central set-up of additional special pricing conditions
• Manage commitment release from reservation orders, shortage allocation to orders and manual modification of allocation on order level
