Mykonos Princess Hotel , a 5* Lifestyle Boutique Hotel , is currently seeking to recruit a professional for the position of F&B Manager.
Our goal is to strengthen our young & dynamic team in order to provide the authentic Greek Hospitality combined with highest level services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and training the Restaurant & Bar team on a regular basis.
- Ensuring the Team provides a professional and friendly service for guests
- Supervising the Restaurant & Pool Bar area food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish.
- Maintains records of staff periodic manner and operating costs.
- Works with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
- Handle guest complaints
- Is capable of handling irate customers with a friendly/calm attitude.
- Provide customers with information about various specially selected wines and make recommendations on tastings and food pairings when required.
- Maintain budget and employee records
- Has effectively forecasted restaurant needs.
- Seeks, listens and responds to Guest feedback.
- Ensures product quality and great service.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
- Is flexible in dealing with changes/problems (e.g., being short staffed).
- Taking Ownership of issues or tasks and also give detail update of the General Manager.
- Assist in planning regular and special events
- Proficiency in Point of sale ( POS ) software, inventory software, Restaurant guest satisfactory tracking software etc.
