We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated young professional with
strong organizational skills and a passion for hospitality. The Assistant Operations Manager is
responsible not only for guest service at the reception but also for ensuring
the smooth day-to-day operation of the property, including housekeeping,
supplies, and maintenance coordination.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and professional
check-in and check-out procedures according to Apart Hotel standards.
- Supervise and coordinate
housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and presentation of rooms
and common areas.
- Oversee the laundry process and
linen management (collection, cleaning, distribution).
- Manage and place supply and
stock orders to ensure timely availability of amenities and materials.
- Handle invoicing and accurate
financial documentation for guests and suppliers.
- Coordinate and monitor external
technical teams and maintenance works, ensuring high-quality results and
timely completion.
- Maintain accurate and
up-to-date guest and booking records.
- Address guest requests or
complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring overall guest
satisfaction.
