HR Generalist
Job Description
As an HR Generalist you will be cooperating with all HR colleagues in terms of administration, onboarding, recruitment & training having a far from one-dimensional role. You will gain a broader knowledge of human resources functions while at the same time become familiar with Greek Labor Laws. Your ultimate goal is to ensure that HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities
• Assist in talent acquisition, recruitment & training processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
