Your main responsibilities
- Coordinate daily bar management operations
- Create effective schedules and ensure that the bar is adequately staffed during peak hours
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area
- Train staff to provide excellent service
- Resolve guest complaints promptly
