Our company is looking for an IT Support Engineer.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day technical support operations, which encompasses all troubleshooting, customer service issues, installations and maintenance activities
- Ensure clients' issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner Interact with all customers on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner
- Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of IT component inventory and related documentation and technical specification information.
- Build, deploy and maintain systems, network and security infrastructure & applications
- Perform hardware repairs and install peripheral equipment
- Assist in any other project/tasks as requested
- Manage and report on Help Desk ticketing system
