Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our sales team with deep knowledge of customer IT Services best practices .

Also we require the ability to achieve sales targets and ambition and desire to succeed.

Day-to-day duties include:

• Answering customer enquiries over phone and mail,
• Processing orders, updating customers records,
• Ordering supplies and organizing deliveries.
• Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Providing after-sales support

• 3+ years of experience in sales
  
• Ability to sell IT products (knowledge on servers, networking, software..) and services.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Customer service skills and good cooperation with colleagues
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Persistence and determination
