Regional Project Manager (Full time, Germany)

You will be responsible for:

- Direct and support technical teams in designing, executing and implementing of projects
- Manage resources, budgets and allocations for the project within the given project parameters
- Manage official correspondence and interact with contractors, clients and local authorities
- Assess, review and resolve problems arising in execution of projects
- Enforce work standards in compliance with the best practices, standards and procedures
- Ensure completion of projects in a timely manner and within the budget limits.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, management, or another related technical field
- Good leadership, interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform in a multitasking & fluid environment
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in the telecommunications industry
- Great German Language Skills (at least C1)

Ideally, you ’ll also have:
- Awareness of project management/IMS and reporting tools
- Proven leadership record of a or multiple teams
- Knowledge/experience on PON deployment (Fiber optic splicing, cabling, PM measurements).
