Description

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a pharmaceutical company, is in search of an Administrative Assistant, to join the company’s office in the center of Athens.

Responsibilities:

The job holder will be handling general office tasks and administrative duties to ensure efficient office operation and that all interactions between the company and others are positive and productive.

More specifically he/she will:

  • Greet customers and visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Manage office systems and procedures
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist and coordinate with the sales team
  • Communicate with 3PL
  • Process company receipts, invoices, and bills
  • Be responsible for fleet managemen

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in administrative/supportive roles
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English (oral & written)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Multitask and time management skills
  • Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Analytical skills
