ICAP Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client, a well-established Software House is looking to hire a Go Lang Developer to join their developing team.

Go Lang Developer (Ref. code 5451/GD/RS/GR)

The Go Lang Developer will work intimately with advanced product development teams to deliver optimal software solutions. Applicants must have worked with small teams, in a high-energy environment, within an iterative development/release cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and deliver software solutions
• Analyse, maintain, enhance and use existing software components
• Encourage and promote innovation, development best practices, and solid life cycle processes
• Collaborate with development team on work definition, estimation, and prioritization
• Learn and grow as a professional software engineer

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Engineering is mandatory while a relevant Master's Degree will be considered as a plus
• Experience in software systems development using Go
• Git use experience
• 2+ years of software development experience
• Experience in iterative development environment using Scrum
• Linux Systems Programming would be considered a plus
• Solid understanding of databases and message brokers (will work with Cassandra, Kafka, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of Web and API development
• Knowledge and experience in Container and Kubernetes
• Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
