Digital Marketing and Reservations Manager

We are seeking for a Digital Marketing and Reservations Manager for a luxury villas resort in Fourka, Chalkidiki. More about the resort: https://www.soleado-villas.com/.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage online channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTAs
• Develop and manage digital campaigns
• Manage check-in/check-out procedures
• Excellent level of communication and satisfaction of customer requests
• Be constantly alert and be able to prevent of unpleasant situations

• Work experience: 1 year (at least) in relevant position
• Excellent computer skills and command of online distribution channels (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language (verbal and written)
• Driving License
• Kind, pleasant personality with strong communication skills
• Consistency, accountability, organizational and crisis management skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues at a high level of complexity

Desirable Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism
• Car Owner
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language, preferably Russian (verbal and written)
• Specialization in marketing and social media techniques for the tourism industry
